what program does this?

i want to rip all out the frames of an AVI files and make the jpegs, whats free that i can use?

I don't know any freeware that does that, but if you open the file with ImageReady, you can save all the frames that way. That's the only way I know to do it, that I can remember at least.

Personally, I use AVS Video Converter 6... Not sure what you mean by "ripping out frames", but this program will convert to and from several different video file types.

BTW... it's not free, but it does everything I need it for.

You can use vlc player and rip individual frames out and make gifs which you can convert easily into jpegs. On the other hand if you are trying to find one to do every single frame of the movie as a jpeg, you'll end up with thousands of them per minute of footage.
