trouble posting images

Please help anyone I am having trouble using a newimage hosting site (ImageVenue) Everytime I try and post a new pic it isn't showing upand I am not sure what I am doing wrong. these are a few way I have tried. Thanks in advance
this one won't show mind you I entered it without the 1
