1 kilo lambmeat
2 onions
potatoes
garlic
vegetable broth
tomato pieces in a can
salt
pepper
chillies
rosemary
black olives
zucchinis
i hope i forgot nothing....

turn the stove on 180° cel ..cut all the vegetables in small pieces, the potatoes in quarters, wash the meat, put salt and pepper on and put it all on a baking tin (hope its right word), together with half a liter of the vegetable broth,put it in the stove, needs about one and a half hour. every 10 min put some of the vegetable broth over the meat, or some water.

Alright, so in that case this thread goes into my watchlist.

At parties I'm most of the time the designated cook.

Everyone just loves my cooking.

lol, i'm not much of a cook at all, but here's one recipe. that's so easy to make and it's delicious.

Owen-sausage with potatoes:

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. sausage, sliced
* 1 large pkg. (about 2 pounds) potatoes
* 1 can (4 ounces) chopped mild chile peppers, optional
* 1 can Cheddar cheese soup (optional), you can also chop some cheese right on top of the sausages.
* 3/4 cup evaporated milk or low-fat food-cream.
* 1 bunch onions, about 6 to 8, diced
* Pepper
* Garlic powder (optional)

PREPARATION:
Grease or spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine sausage, potatoes, onions and seasonings in crockpot. Mix together soup and milk; pour over ingredients in the crockpot and stir to blend ingredients. Cook on LOW 5 to 7 hours, stirring gently a few times.

"Mexican style" chicken & rice for two.

250 grams of chicken, honey-marinaded is good for this imo, it gives it a nice soft touch.
1 can of crushed tomatoes
200-300 grams of Wok-mix
1/2 - 1 onion
some garlic, preferrably fresh, but garlic spice goes if you don't have fresh ones
1,5 dl of rice
Jalopeno by your own taste, I like a lot of it

Chop the onions to small bits, and frie them in oil with the garlic.
When they start to get brown-is, add the chicken in.
Frie well until chicken is well.
Spice the meat and onions by your own taste. I use Curry and Chili powder, salt, flavor-salt, and white and black pepper.
Add the Wok-mix in, and frie them until they are no longer icey and start to get color
Then add the crushed tomatos and and chopped Jalopenos.
Boil the sauce for around 20 minutes with medium heat. While the sauce boils you can cook the rice.
(This can also be done faster if you're on hurry, you can make the whole scheit while the rice cooks)

When the rice is ready, pour off all water from the rices and either mix them with the sauce or server separately.

This can also be served with spaghetti or other pastas.

I really do fucking love this!
