T.O. Tries to commit Suicide

Terrel Owens tried to commit suicide by overdosing on pain pills.

He's just looking for attention. Who cares?!

you have to have a news article linked to back that up. why the hell would he do that? i don't really like him and i actually hope he has a career ending injury, but i don't wish him dead. where are the facts to this story.

can you really overdose on pain pills.......I mean a guy his size would have to take a shitload of those and they still will probably only make him really sick and not kill him.....but who knows...
most people that try to take a lot of pills never really kill themselves...they just end up looking stupid...

Just depends on the kind of pills. Yeah he would have to take a shitload of Tylenol to do anything at all. But 5 or 6 vicodin or percocet will drop anyone.

No offense but you assume wrong. There are so many different strengths and types that it is impossible to tell how many it would take. I said 5 or 6 because that is what the report I read said he took. Trust me, I know plenty about the subject.

The report is that he had taken 5 since they were prescribed, and he took 35 of them last night. Thats the report. You have bad sources.

And agreed with FeFe, 5-6 percocets/vocodins will not kill you.

Again....it depends on the type and strength......Loritab7.5/500, Loritab10, Lorcet 10/650, Norco.....a few of the MANY types of vicodin. Percocet has many different types as well.

As far as T.O. goes. I just listened to a press conference with the Dallas PD on ESPN Radio and they didn't really say much. They did say that suicide attempts are generally followed by an investigation and there would be none. Not sure what to take from that.

The toxic dose of vicodin/hyrdrocodone for adults is 40mg.
