Streaming Video

Anybody know how to download and save streaming video?

With SnagIt you can do a video capture of the screen, but I don't know how well it works. I have the program but never tried to use it for that. You can download it at download.com and there may possibly be cracks online. *cough*astalavista.box.sk*cough*
