... I hope!!!!

I guess I did something against imagebeaver rules and regulations. I uploaded copyrighted material, and have apparently been banned. I cannot visit their site nor can I view the pics that you guys are uploading to WBW. I tried to ask a few people by PM and nobody knew exactly what to do. Can someone more computer savvy help me??? How do they know its me?? Is it my IP address??? If so, can it be changed??

Please please... and thank you thank you!!!

get on a proxy and go on. may just be some bad firewall settings on your part. same thing happened to me a while back.

That sucks.

If you have a dynamic ip, all you have to do is recycle your modem, and you'll have a new ip.

Do you have a DSL or cable modem? If so, turn it off for ten seconds or so, and turn it back on. Then reboot your computer.

well this is along the lines of the question i was gonna post so i'll just piggy back on this topic. How do you change your IP addy if you are on dial-up. I know there are programs that block it, and/or generate a random addy everytime you go to a different page but i dont know what they are.

There are progs that will hide your IP address, using a proxy server, but you have to pay for many of them - try Googling 'Hide IP Proxy' and see what comes up. They DO work, but is it worth paying? Alternatively, try contacting your ISP and see if they can change your IP address - make up a good excuse though!

Muscle is usually my first alternative but I can't even access their site. Using firefox, the connection times out.

If you really want to get back to that site, I guess buying a new computer would help

It's not the IP I don't think, nor the content.

I believe the problem was accurately addressed here.

Thanks tarquin, I saw your post, and there might be a partial answer there. I was one of those trying to link full size, but I did not know that it was not allowed. What is funny though, is that you at least see that "cannot link full size images to imagebeaver" thing, and I don't see anything anyone posts, nor can I access their site. So I am still stuck!!!

I clear all my shit quite often using firefox and I did try using ie and got the same results. Thats why I feel like it has something to do with my computer personally.
