Ok I will chime in on this. The reality is that you will most likely not be the one to influence her decision on sharing. If she is not in to it then by you pushing her might build in the back of her head that you are the one that is not looking out for her. That would be a bad position for you and her to be in. From my experience it will be another female that will influence her the most. Another girl will have more of an opportunity to show her the support needed through something she is not entirely sold on. The girl could be a friend or someone you meet out socially or on a vacation. My experience was meeting a couple on vacation and the wife wanted to soft swap our husbands. I had not done that before and she worked me through it and I know that only another female could have gotten me there. That said, I have never done it again nor do I have the urge to do it again.
