As some of you might know, Finland hosted the annual Sauna World Championship this saturday. We had huge amount of participants and this time there were more people abroad than from Finland.
But it was clear from the start, nobody can beat Finns in sauna!
The rules are quite simple. The sauna is 110ºC / 230 degrees Fahrenheit. In every 30 seconds approximately half a liter of water will be thrown on the stove.
That is rough ride people, you should try it. I've been in 100ºC sauna myself, that almost tears your skin off.
Competitor leaving his/her seat will determine the final position in the competition. The last person in the sauna is the winner. The competitor will have to leave the sauna without outside help, Otherwise the competitor will be disqualified. Organizers make sure that every competitor can come out from sauna safely.
