Removing Winantispyware?

Winantispyware was downloaded onto my computer without permission while looking at pics from http://pussyupload.com. Does anyone know how I can safely remove it?

spy bot or advanced windows care v2 personal both are free

Ouch, looks like removing it can be a bit of a tedious manual process....

For those who tried to help, thanks. Still unable to remove entirely, looks like I'll be spending the weekend dumping the hard drive and reloading everything.
