I think when you hve been brought up on English style beer, it is really difficult to switch to Lager type beers that many countries produce. For me, thats why I go for branded beers that are traditionally brewed rather than fast brewed like many commercial beers.

You are so right tho, we get ripped off. UR lucky to get beer that cheeep. In OZ u can get 30 x 330ml botttles for $30, but heck, you have the dogs balls there mate .

Nah Haast! Green can 3.5%alc. It isnt really that bad, ok for putting on the barbie to get that nice beer flavoured chops. Quite good price tho, and you can get drunk on it, if you hold your nose when you drink

The good thing about this thread, Is I have an excuse when shopping to put the odd bottle in the trolley... I got a bottle of this yesterday, sunk it last night and was back at the shop today for another 6.... mmmmmmmmmm first time for everything

A man walks into a bar one night. He goes up to the bar and asks for a beer.
