Yeah, I noticed that. Was wondering if yours has held you back from any jobs or anything like that. I was thinking about getting mine removed but not sure if I should or not.

funny you should say that. my work put in a policy about 3 years ago about tats. i have been with them for 6 years now. they wanted to promote me but said they did not think they could because "i was not in dress code" i told them i was here before the policy. long story short. i got my promotion. my original boss told me that if he had saw it he would not have hired me. i wore a long sleeve shirt that hid it when i got hired. they could not fire me for it so there you go.
