Ok a little background to go with this pic.

We were sitting at school and all of a sudden they come to take our TV away. We though it'd be funny to stop them and I having a pair of finger cuffs in my pocket finger cuff myself to the TV. My friend takes a picture of it. I was laughing the whole time.
