While Dan apparently is a big fan of Ron Jeremy, back in the day he was an even bigger fan of Dirk Diggler: Dirk was even kind enough to get him a couple of walk on shot in his movies, but unfortunately the director cut them and now they can only be found in the "special features" section of the DVD's. These acting disappointment's led to a brief but torrid afair with Burt, much to Ernie's chagrin.

As we've seen though, even though Dan only dabbled in acting, he's led an amazing life.
