Nude Beaches

There seems to be many nude/topless beaches in Europe etc. Here in the USA they are very few. Do most beaches have this option?

you have to check with people who know the local law on this.
in the warm western countries toplessness is quite socially acceptable at a beach. i have also seen on this site topless babes at public parks.
nudism is a different matter.
