What I find incredible is that your uncles pics are the same ones that are in an Urban Legend (Pearl Harbor Photos Found in Old Brownie Camera), minus the aerial shots, that's been going around the internet since 2006...

So just to clarify, these were from your dead uncles possessions or from "a family's attic last year" as you first stated?

While I personally do not believe you speak the truth about the photos waywardson, there is no proof that you are telling the truth, and really no proof that you aren't either..
Murphy's Law and the law of the internet state that if theres no proof it is true/untrue, it's probably untrue.
Amazing pictures, amazing day (in a not-so-good kind of way..). Just wish credit wars and unsubstantiated commentary did not have to be a part of this.

We thank your uncle for serving his country. No matter what his job was that day. It was a historical day that we all need to reminded of.

Boy what a load of crap. Why couldn't you have just posted the pics with a caption like "Dramatic Pearl Harbor Pics" or something like that? It cheapens the act of sharing them with all of us and makes you look........................ like a
P.S. IF you uncle was there in a military capacity I would like to thank him for his service to this fine country.

Let us not forget who was at the receiving end of two nuclear bombs as retribution... If you really want to view some devastation, look at photos ot Dresden, Hamburg, Munich, Berlin and other large German cities after the Allied bombings during WWII. Millions of innocent Germans, many of them children died, during those air raids.
