I need a name for a band and a set list of 15 songs.
Top 40- Rock.

Can always do the "Color of your pants + last thing you ate" for the name. Or you can do the Wikipedia band name game: http://www.buzzfeed.com/spenceralthouse/lets-play-wikipedia-names-your-band

If you want a real band name for a real band, chose carefully. A friend and I came up with 110 names before we picked one. You want it to be cool, evoke images representative of the band, unique, and easily searchable online.

Thanks- all though I love those tunes and can play them- this is a more classic rock band with a taste of old school metal. We all are Berklee College of Music grads- we can play anything.

Seems to me you just answered your own question and designed your first gig poster: "Berklee Music Grads" (boobie pic) "We can play anything. 9PM-midnight. 21+ No cover. $2 Captain drinks. Ladies night."

I thought you needed 15 made up song titles (which makes your "I know and can play all of these" a bit weird/unlikely since I made them all up... "milky torus"" come on!)


Still, why would you crowdsource something like this?? Band name I can understand asking for help but songs???? Play the ones you like.... being able to play all songs means nothing if you ever decide not to be a musical robot

Perfect list!

I'm having trouble coming up with songs. You say classic rock with a taste of old school metal, and I think of the transition period from Chicago style electric blues into what would later be called metal. Like Hendrix to Zeppelin, but most of the songs I'm thinking of are pretty bluesy and often too obscure for the "top 40" you mentioned in the original post.

I'll just die if they don't play "No Rodent can Judge Us".
