from a female standpoint.... i'm thinking you should let her know that you can see in there. she probably thinks you can't... judging by the fact that they're 4/5 closed. i have vertical blinds, and even when they're completely closed, people can see in. now i know this, but she may not. at the same time, she might think you're sort of creepy for looking. as long as you make it come across in a way that isn't pervy, i don't see the problem in mentioning it to her. just explain that you really don't want to come across as creepy, but you thought she should know, in an act of decency. it's not right to exploit her. at least she has blinds up. if she didn't, then i'd say exploit like crazy. the fact of the matter is, she's probably going to be really embarrassed when you tell her, but at the same time glad, because you had the common decency to let her know that she needs better window coverings. who knows, she may want you to see, but you're better off being a gentleman about it... if she wants you to see, she'll keep it like that. if she doesn't, she'll fix her windows. that's all there is to it.

AND you get to talk to her in the process, so there you go.
