Gaming shop? We talking PC/Console gaming or RPG/Tabletop gaming? 'Cause if it's the latter- get some leagues started up quick my friend. I know quite a few that have gone that route and they have survived only by building up a loyal clientele QUICKLY. As a Brit you may have an advantage with GW merch...

PC/Console games, with monthly tournaments, try before you buy etc.

All the stuff EB Games doesn't do. :P
