Casablanca is good too, it moves so incredibly quickly when you're high.

I haven't tried this but I think Reefer Madness would be great high.

Fear and Loathing is great high, Super Troopers, Club Dread(Same people who did super troopers), or if all else fails put in a Tony Hawk game and just let him skate around. I laughed my ass off to that for like 2 hours one night.
