mac pro terminal

i cant boot up my mac anyone know how i an reinstall it from the terminal?? or how i can install mac OS on external drive on a windows pc?

Do you have the original install disc? If so you can boot from that and reinstall. If you have Lion or Mountain Lion you can use the recovery partition.
