Nope, but i've never been around a forum for over 20,000 posts - so I'm gonna take your word on it. I'm kinda surprised actually....

I don't even understand the question. Grammatical error (who's) aside, what pictures is she finding out about?

Not personally but I'm sure there's been a few so I don't know what happened

I've seen a few pics of a chick I know posted here before. Ex-boyfriend apparently had a few. When she found them here, she wasn't super pissed but she wasn't happy either.

i know one guy.. they broke up because of the pictures. so, as revenge, he posted more of them..

as for legality, any repercussions on you will be minor, like a misdemeanor or something. your girl can argue that the photos are intrusive of her privacy, and were taken without her consent.

Ask Erin Andrews if she's happy about the video

Legally, nothing. As long as the girl is 18, she consented to the pictures being taken, and she knew (or at least reasonably should have known) that you had possession of them, they are you're property as much as hers.

So if she emailed them to you, or if you took them of her, you're in the clear and there's no invasion of privacy. If she had them on her computer and you took them off without her knowing, she could sue for the tort of invasion of privacy, in which case, you would just immediately delete the pics, there would be minimal damage, and you would owe her next to nothing in civil court, especially if her face isn't in them (since you wouldn't be able to identify her).

No criminal charges if she's over 18.

Anyway, the conclusion is go ahead and post those.

my wife found the ones i posted on wbw while i was in boot camp. She actually yelled at me in a letter, it was amazing how loud she got with a pen. Anyway she was mad for a while but got over it, but I'm not allowed to post anymore of her online.

My ex found out only because I told her, she went the fuck off on me!!

I told her it was all good she got great comments, but she tried to say I was exploiting women WTF?? I was just trying to reasure her she was very hot and sexy. She didn't know what website I posted them on so I was in the clear... Didn't matter either way she's the type of girl who would get mad even if she gave me permission to post pics... Crazy I tell ya crazy
