I don't eat things off of my stove top, usually. It's hot there.

Once, I was carrying my sisters cat, and I went to put her down, and I didn't know the stove was hot, so I set her down on the stove top. That was kinda humorous.

So, I did a reasonably intense workout the other day (Tuesday)...and by reasonably intense I mean, I had to leave to throw up a couple of times and couldn't stand up or lift my arms when I left. After workouts sometimes my muscles hurt a bit and that's normal, but I'm having a pretty serious issue with my stomach still being in a lot of pain. I can't really sleep because whenever I move it wakes me up, and when I walk I cant stand straight. I've felt around my stomach for any lumps or anything, and it seems all good, just a lot of burn.

Like, it's three days later and I'm having to pull myself up using my arms, despite the fact it seems to be getting better, do you guys think I may have seriously injured myself to the point where I should see a doctor? I've been taking Tylenol and using ice packs and all that jazz, and it's still pretty bad.

My pecks still hurt a little, but I can lift stuff and it's all good, but my abs are just wrecked.

My poor delicious abs.

I was running so hot earlier... I had AAs and QQs and JJs like every 5 hands.

And now I'm back to running just as awful as normal. I kinda wish that I ran in the middle, that's all I want.

Something to be able to play with...
