I need help with a decision (UPDATED)

So i was bored just now looking through the yahoo member directory, and i came accross a profile and recognized the name, it's a girl i work with.

So I clicked on it and the profile has some personal info on it, and stuff like giving head for 20 bucks, and doing 4 guys at one night and it has her phone number on it, saying to call as late as possible.

this was cleary made to make her look bad.


Should I tell her about it?


and how do I go about telling her?

I also talked to a trusted friend about this, we both know the lady in question, i gave her a print out of the profile.

My friend's sister in laws, cousin (i know) is best friends with the girl in question, and was very upset, she is also a lawyer and told us that the girl has had trouble like this with an ex- husband and his brother.

the ex-husband is also on the PA sex offender list for raping two teenage girls.


so there should be more too come, I haven't heard back from the lawyer lady about anything and I very well might not, but my friend said she will keep me updated

so thats all I have for know.

I voted yes, but I'm not really sure about telling her about it because she may have put all those things on there. If you are sure she wouldnt have done it then I would go with Yes all the way, but if you have any doubt about her putting all of that on there then I would lean more toward no unless you wanna get in on the action. j/k

I did pm the screen name, but no response yet, I might see if I can get some proof first.

Absolutely tell her! If someone if trying to defame her or ruin her character, she should know about it. Obviously it is some no dick asshole ex or something, someone apparently to fucking cowardly to say shit to her face. Hell if nothing else try calling the number on the page and see who answers and let them know about it too, that is if it isnt her real number

Dude I am really curious on how this turns out... but I would be real careful about how you tell her because you could get yourself involved in all kinds of wierd legal shit , especially as you know her from a work place environment. Not to mention, getting somehow in the middle of whatever is going on between her and whoever put the profile up in the first place. Send her an anonimus email with link or something like that

this is one of the bigger worries I have, rumers spread like wildfire in the hospital i work out and i don't want her telling people i put it up.

there really isn't anyway i tell her annonomysly unless i do call the number and just say im a conserned person (that wants a free BJ for finding it ) but all kidding aside, I dont want her going around saying that the only reason i told her about it is cause i was interested.

well if i you knew her screen name then make an anonymous name and tell her that way just say you know her and was not aware if she knew this was up there... if she did then you can movie in and she not know.. if not then she can fix it maybe... either way you stay in the clear of having to confront her...

So set up a free email, and send her an email from it with the details of what you found without letting her know you are a co-worker. Just say you are a friend.

Dude. Just be honest with her and tell her. Whatever she thinks or accuses you of, what are you affraid of? You have nothing to be guilty. If you tell her honestly and be truthful you have nothing to lose. If she decides to take your head off for it, tell her the truth and don't lie about it. If you keep trying to find ways of telling her without losing your head you'll only seem more guilty. It's not like you want anything from her for telling her? Or do you? the person imed me, and then wouldn't answer back, even under a fake s/n I already tried that.

ive been sitting on the info since the begining of July.

she know I wouldn't do something like this, theres no reason for it, besides the police can trace the ip address of the maker of the profile so im not in trouble.

And if I made it, why the hell would I bring it too her attention or the attention of a boss and good trusted friend of mine?
