so far, were the only ones that get slowed down after we exceed our quota
and that pisses me off...

specially when i just got a 24mb download speed connection
and 40GB download limit....which can dissapear real quick

indeed it does....but it doesnt stop our net, just slows it down to 128kbs

I too Have a 6 mega connection...no download limits...
