I just had a car accident...

I just had a car accident, I drove with the car of my sister (fiat barchetta) against a signal light... The front of the car is wrecked... You ask yourself, what happend? The following happend,...

I was on my way bringing a friend of my to his home, and drove over with the speed of 60 km/u.. 100 meters for the signal light I pushed the brakes.. (I was a little tyred.. I should have done this earlyer..) and my wheels hang (don't know the word for that the weels stopt.. and slided over the road).. and I couldn't stear anymore.. and I was going straight towards the signal light.... BoooM... Damn... and as usualy I always have bad luck...

Damn, I just hate myself now for what I have done,.. If it was my car, oke.. but it was the car of my sister... I can almost shoot myzelf.. I am just a BAD ass DRIVER.. ARgg!!! (bitch slap myself)..

Your brakes locked...which means you went into a "skid" . If the pavement was wet, you had no chance of stopping the car.

But it still sucks.

I hope all were healthy after the accident. It sucks, that it was your sister's car.

I hope you had insurance, my friend.

If not, patronage to WBW just went up a helluva lot.....(grins)

I think the accident will cost me about 5000 euro's.. money I don't have.. Because I think my sister has a insurance that only covers things you do to others..

I am healty and the friend that was next to me too.. we didn't have anything.. but I feel so damn stupid about all of it.. I should have been more carefull, I knew the street wasn't trust worthy... But I drove 10 km/s too hard.. and it's my sisters car.. And not a cheap one too..

Diz, The first thing you have to think of is that you and your friend are healthy, and without injury. Cars can be replaced. People can't. That is what is important.

With that, it all becomes a matter of repair, and repayment. You can overcome that. You can't replace arms, legs, or worse.

It may take a bit, you might have to re-work things in your life... But it's just metal.


Yeah, it sucks majorly that you wrecked your sister's car- but at least you didn't hurt yourself, or your passenger. That is what you have to focus on.

You Put all your unluck in 1 jauari and now you have all the luck this year. It's a piity about the car but it's good that you are in one piece.

I am just an unlucky person,.. I have always got things like this.. and here goes my money again.. over the bough.. before you know it I don't have money left to pay this site..

I just hope you didn't tell the insurance you drove too fast.. if you did, you won't get payed...
still, you and your buddy are okay and that's all that really matters.

Sorry to hear about ya accident Diz, but glad to hear ya both come out of it ok. Cars can be repaired and replaced at the end of the day.

CK: The insurance isn't paying as far as I know because my sister isn't insured for damage to her own car.. only for damage to other..

Insurance companies are bunches of ass-holes, they make you buy insurance, which is higher if your a male in america,don't know about other countries ,but they try to get out of paying you if you do get in a crash with all those clauses they put in the contract. But still, glad you and your friend are okay.
