I wanted to send some one a message, and it says "Only active members can start new chats.", what does that mean, what do I need to do to become a active member, because I'm already pretty active, thanks for reading.

This is designed to stop spammers from sending shitty messages to members here, so only those that have been active and shown to contribute to the site are able to start sending messages.

You mention that you are already pretty active, but I can only assume you have another account as this one hasn't been that active just yet:

Ya I just made this account, may be that's why, thanks for the info Sentinel, my other account is the one that I normally use, and I wasn't able to send a message with that either, even though I been using that account for months, I think its because I waited a while to do the email verification, so the verification code email expired, and I never been able to get that account verified, that's why I made this account, thinking that I will be able to send a message using this account.

Yeah that could be why then, otherwise I don’t know why you wouldn’t be able to send a message. Hopefully you’ll be able to send messages soon enough on your new account, or I’m sure there’d be a way to have another verification code sent to you?
