I can, problem is I just took on a rather large 100k+ contract that should keep me busy for most if not all of 2010. I don't start until mid December though so if you want to talk a bit about your ideas, a business plan, required forms, .etc I can help you there and give you advice on how to find a good designer/developer. maybe even point you towards some good ones. I'm assuming you plan an adult site based on where you posted, there are special rules regarding record keeping, hosting, and billing. Don't wing it and get yourselves in trouble.

I do some Webdeisgn. I'm not saying I'm great, but I definitely know my way around a HTML editor, if you know what I mean. 
I could get you a decent shell with basic GUI going and you could have someone else finish up everything and polish it up nicely. I would have most of the basic functionality and graphical work done, so it would save you a lot of money in the long run I'm sure, because most web designers I know do some sort of and hourly charge. I personally don't know all of the laws and regulations with a n00die site, which is another reason I can't commit to doing an entire site.
Since I wouldn't be doing an entire site, I would of course donate my services. I need an Web Design project to work on anyhow. It's been a while since I've had a decent one. :P
