@ Eric: Well over the last six days, there have been loud bangs outside around 2AM to 5AM here. I was just assuming it was a couple of jackasses shooting off fireworks. The discussions on Reddit go back and forth, even on the temporary IRC channels have noticed a lot of IPs coming from governmental agencies mostly the the DOI, DOD,and DOHS.
