Hercules DJ Console Vs. Hercules DJ Console MK2

Hey guys... i've always dreamed of having my own dj equipment and i decided to try and find something today.

Im in college and so on, so money isn't growing on trees here.... and i fell over Hercules's products and was stunned by the price...

the MK2 is for about 300 dollars
and the old DJ Console you can get for about 120 dollars... that is quite of a difference...

and i cant see a whole lot of changes in the new version...

I am having a hard time deciding what to buy... can you guys advice me...?...
