yeah, there are some restaurants that have "Death by Chocolate". That would go perfect as a dessert after this... I can feel my blood pressure skyrocketing now!

Mayo on BBQ! Somebody shoot him. That's just sacrilege to the fine art and taste of BBQ.

*runs from room to puke out the thought of crossing mayo and BBQ sauce*

Bleu Cheese? Ranch Dressing?

I remembered this last night while getting groceries and grabbed some bacon and sausage... got one cooking right now.

Apparently, whoever made this had bacon slices much smaller than around here. If I'd have used the same number of slices as shown in the picture, the weave would have been more like 10" square. Consequently, my 4 slice pattern doesn't look nearly as neat and tidy as the one pictured above.

If you don't hear from me again, you'll know your heart attack recipe worked.

I have found a recipe for Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies with Maple Cinnamon Glaze that I will be making today. That would be the perfect dessert for this, assuming they are any good.

BBQ must only ever be dipped in more BBQ sauce. Otherwise you are bound to go to Hell for the sin.

A good mustard or vinegar based BBQ sauce would probably work as a dip or to pour over it at serving. Just make sure to warm it up good.
