Of course it doesn't change whether at the end of the day the girl is a whack-a-do, but if you work with the girl, it does mean that you are stuck interacting with her on a daily basis whether either of you wants to, until one of you changes employment. So instead of one potentially regretful morning encounter, you get to do that dance on a daily basis. Bonus fugly points if either of you is directly in competition or in a position of authority over the other one. That is just bananas IMO.
