Ok this is for those of us who will be sitting at iTunes or whatever you use to download music, legally of course, and just can't bloody figure out what to download! Write in your suggestions and must haves! Please try and be more specific than "The Beatles." Make it like The Beatles White album or something like that. Make sense? Heres my top picks since I'm a rock fan!

Kid Rock - Rock n Roll Jesus
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon (everyone NEEDS THIS!!!)
Warrant - Cherry Pie
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Blood Sugar Sex Magik
Hinder - Extreme Behavior

Well theres a taste of my library

George Strait- "Marina del ray"
Tom McGraw- "Live like you were dyin'"
Chicago- "If you leave me now"
Boston- "More than a feeling"
Beach Boys- "Wouldn't it be nice"
Otis Redding- "Dreams"
Frank Sinatra- "My Way"
The Spinners- "Could it be I'm falling in love"
Eel- "Beautiful day"
Ahmad- "Back in the day"
Notorius B.I.G.- "Juicy"

Bob Marley- "Trenchtown Rock"
Bush- "Glycerine"
Johnny Cash- "Hurt"
Spoon- "I summon you"
Sublime- "Santaria"
O.A.R.- "About Mr. Brown"

You better have read that shit because I took some time to think. If I was stuck on an island those songs would be the ones I would want to be able to hear.

I suggest you download the collected works of Bob Dylan.

Sure, his 193u4u18u1o songs will cost you like a grand on iTunes, but it's worth it.

I both agree and disagree with EL here.
Download "Shelter From The Storm" by Dylan, if you don't find it to be downright amazing, skip Dylan and go back to High School Musical.

Here's where I disagree...don't download his stuff, buy his CDs, that way you get all the good liner notes and stuff, it's well worth it.
Then again, I'm a big old music snob who likes to learn every little thing about each album.
"Tangled up In Blue" is another good one, and "Hurricane" is probably my favorite by Dylan, for right now...

Sorry, I just have to be a dick sometimes.

Oh, hey, everything on my lists is single songs, so you can see if you like the band or not. Like, you don't want to download an entire Arab On Radar album, just to find out that you can't stand how fucked up and weird it is.

I am a live music fan, so here are a few of my favs..If you are a fan of 70's rock ( I mean ROCK , not Journey, and R E O Speedwagon ) Deep Purple: Made In Japan, IMO the best live rock album ever, Humble Pie: Rockin' the Filmore, another GREAT live album. B B King: Live at the Regal, great old blues stuff. Robin Trowers King Biscuit live album. Mountain: Flowers of Evil, 1 side is live, and it is awesome.
