Football Rules

Hey
I'm from the south of Brazil and I started
playing american football (Not Soccer). I want
play some tackle game 5 on 5 (5 players offense vs 5 players defense).
I need help to set the rules.
Rules:

- Field size: 40 yards long x 10 yards wide with 5 yards end zones"
- 10 yards to get the first down;
- 4 downs (4 tries);
- no punts;
- no kick off returns;
- 2 Offense Linemen on the offense team
they can't receive forward pass;
- Players can't pass the ball to back after the line of the snap in the play.
- 40 seconds in the huddle.

Is that right? to play 5 on 5?

Please, don't title this thread as "football" but "American football", as it's the name for the majority of people here (and it's the real name)

If it was "American Football" it would have the same rules as "American Football". The rules that you have posted sound like you are playing "smear the queer"....please wear a helmet and proceed with caution.
