actually i have listened to evanescence, and korn and limp's album. and i just don't like any of 'em. it's, i guess, simply boring...

A Perfect Circle and Audio Slave are not the newsest bands out there but I like the styles of both.

I asked what YOUR favorites were,not to analyze my choices.

Sorry my choices in music are not as deep as your's....you talk about music that is no deeper than shake your ass yet look at what website you are obviosuly fond of? Kind of a contradiction huh? Sorry I don't listen to John Lennon 24-7.

Fine if my taste in rap music does not go hand in hand with your's..for what it's worth I think your suggestions are crap...but hey....to each their own.

I must have joined this board atthe tail end of the peace period cuz the past few days have been brutal.

Last night I felt bad for coming off so harsh and defensive but today I couldnt' give a shit less...maybe i'm wrong but when I'm spit at I spit back.

CLOWN... Good ear buddy! I dig those bands as well. Hearsay Tao plays a lot of shows with one of my fave bands Arizing and I think Lollipop Lust Kill gets in the mix too. I love the Chicago scene also - Crash Poet was one of my fave bands.

Other than that, I really dig on a band called Element of Surprise which isn't together anymore... they're from the Bay Area in Cali. Their members minus the singer make up Nuclear Rabbit. I'm all about underground/not quite mainstream music. I live for Ozzfest's Second Stage every year, and I usually find a band or 2 on MTV2 that I end up getting in to. I live pretty close to Akron and Cleveland Ohio, so I like a lot of bands from there as well, like Dolly Trauma, Coinmonster, Chimaira, Mushroomhead, 13 Faces, 216, Dog Fashion Disco, etc etc...

And did someone mention Finger Eleven... I wasn't sure they had fans except me and a few of my friends.. hehe... Tip is a great album.

I also forgot to mention that 36 Crazyfists sounds a bit like Element of Surprise, only not as good! Check them out if you can. They used to have a site on mp3.com but mp3.com is closed right now. I think EoS's singer is much better than the dude from 36C... you'll hear what I mean if you check it out. Also, Jean Baudin of EoS plays a 9-string bass, which is ridiculously bad as FUCK! I think their website is eosband.com maybe... I highly recommend if you like 36C to check out EoS!
