optimus prime... he was the shit.

I was a fan of Starscream because he was such a back-stabbing power-hungry asshole. Ever notice his voice is strikingly similar to that of Cobra Commander from the G.I. Joe cartoon? That's because the same guy did both voices, and he really didn't try very hard to differentiate the two.

I also loved Soundwave/Ravage/Laserbeak, Prowl, the Destructicons/Devastator, Grimlock (Dinobot), and Thundercracker, just because he had a cool name. Megatron was as big as Starscream, though when transformed into a gun, he fit in Starscream's hand... that's lame. Bumblebee is the gayest thing ever...

The movie will be either fantastic shit,,or direct to video store shit..time shall see

i really don't think you could make a bad transformers movie unless you were actually trying to. so money is on that being the coolest fucking movie of next summer

I voted for Unicron also. Even though he was a 1 hit 1-der, he caused a hell of a lot of destruction. I mean, come on, I am sure that if any one here saw some planet-sized menace like himself coming at us at that speed, they would tremble in fear. The thing was, there was nothing anything or anyone could do to stop Unicron, for he was the ultimate villain - unless the right Autobot was able to use Autobot Matrix of Leadership as a weapon to "light their darkest hour". I mean, we hear in the news all the time about these giant rocks from space that are coming towards our planet or another planet, like Jupiter. If only we were able to build something like Unicron, we would have a perfect defense system to combat those oncoming rocks.

As far as regular transformers go, I like the original Devastator (a giant Constructicon; which is a subgroup of the Decepticons) and I like the original Omega Supreme (an Autobot defense station). I like the females too, such as Thunderblast (Decepticon) and Arcee (Autobot).

Its gotta be either Megatron or Soundwave.
