Does someone know how to change the color of text in excel by programming it?

i mean like this

you fill in a cell named "payed"
if you have to fill in they didn't pay the cell(or text in the cell) turns red
if you fill in they paid the cell(or text in the cell) turns green

Is that possible?

Select the cell(s) you want to take action. On the tool bar chose FORMAT--> CONDITIONAL FORMATING, there you can setup 3 conditions for each cell selection. On Condition 1 make sure that CELL VALEU IS and EQUAL TO is set--> write Payed --> click in the button FORMAT --> the cell format menu is open, in the patterns box chose the color green and OK. To set the second condition for “Didn't pay” take the same steps and chose the color Red.

conditional formating can do quite a bit. You can also select formula and do if statements
example if A1 is greater than 0 highlight text red in cell A2
