damn...Help!!!!!

well...i just restored my computer few days ago....and i came into a safe page...and a fuckin virus i dont know from where the fuck is it.... is afecting my wholeee computer...it says something ike this

File nsl cd1041

then one trojan ... totour.exe in system32


non of them...can be deleteddd...and i canttt restore it againn..not cuz of virus...but cuz of i have expesives programs....that i have to pay some more..for install them again...

what im asking is...... if someone knows how to delete them please...cuz..i have used all programs.....and about manypulate windows folders......i dont know how to do that...

Try deleting them in safe mode.

for be in safe mode....u have to restart the computer...and press f8...right?

i do that..but it doesnt let me to do it....it says that my keyboard is not right plugged.....

Delete the infected files and then turn off system restore on your computer before rebooting. If system restore is on then the viruses will be "restored" on the next bootup. Good luck.

Yes that is right. Is your keyboard USB, or wireless perhaps? Sometimes you can't get into safe mode with certain models.

Do you have an older ps/2 keyboard, and do you have ps/2 ports on your pc? Some of the newer dells don't.

Also try MWTI's free antivirus removal tool. I have been using it to scrub machines that are infected with difficult to remove trojans, viruses, and spyware. But you really should get into safe mode to run it. You can download it from any of these sites

There was a program someone posted on here recently called Hitman Pro 2 or something like that. It installs all the best removal tools and runs them one at a time, it gets rid of just about everything.
I've used it on customers machines and it does the job. Google it.
I'd also reccomend running CCleaner before running Hitman Pro 2, too, just to get rid of all the data in your history and such.

thanks for that...therés somethings i dont understand..cuz of not so good english

about keyboard...the only i know..is not usb.... is like purple thing..and mouse is green one...

about what u said safe mode...i think is the virus atackin cuz it used to do safe mode before... the one who said about restore to past state...i think the virus is attackin that too..cuz it says me that is impossible to take it to that date...

ive tried with spybot..and already deleted some.. ..tried to do a hardd delete with tune up utilities and says i cannot delete it....i made a check online in mcafee and of course...there the thos mother fuckers viruses.....and with my antivirus avg7.5..... appears all the time...many viruses alerts...totour...and i always click fix...or delete...and it looks like it does..but dont...i put them on quarentine and..doesnt work either....

on internet there r some suports about this kinda virus...but the little problem..is that they r all in english..and i dont understand many terms and im afraid then..of do something worst....

and this mother fucker virus...is atacking mosttt then all my internetttt

you can also try f1, will get not easy to delete that trojan, i looked at google about.

it finally acepted the safe mode... i deleted the totour... and when i did it normal again...appeared the same fuckinggggg totourr,...
