Best File-sharing Program?

WinMX - Good, for broadband connections. Consists of no spyware, adware or anything of that nature.

iMesh - Definitely good.. other than the fact of the loads of adware and spyware.

Gnutella (anything) - I've read articles of the software containing and passing anything and everything.

Kazaa - Other than the virii, and from what I've been told, adware.. it's supposedly good.

Kazaa Lite - Supposedly removed the virii; which I highly doubt.

BearShare - I've heard also has adware and spyware.

The other programs, such as Ares.. I haven't heard anything of. I mainly use(d) WinMX.

I have started to use grouper, you have to be added to groups to share and leech but if you have you can get.

The ultimate clients:

BitComet (for torrent files): www.bitcomet.com
Ares (good for single files): www.ares.com (get the lite edition).

You'll be happy, I promise.

Also, since downloading shit is dangerous make sure you have an almost invincible system, I recommend 3 free programs that keep your computer squeaky clean:

Avast Antivirus (Free for home users, you just need to register).
Spybot
Ad-aware

I stopped using pp2 I tried almost all of them and my system was always active in the background. I have Nortons, Spybot, crapcleaner, adaware, Spydoc etc, and hate all these pp2 progrmammes saying they dont have spyware in them and they do. Unless I can get a cast iron clad agreement from software I wont use it.

I remember dl/d one programme and took me weeks to find some software to remove the registry changes.

I would rather buy a programme now than think I get something free. Jusy my pref

I know what you mean wine, it sucks to have a slowass system with a bunch of crap running in the background, i had that problem before and i investigated and tried many optiones, finally i settled on those and formatted my computer, now im a happy fast running computer user
but yes, buying programs is usually a better option, if you have the money that is hehe...

kazaa lite rules for mu porn videos

limewire is good for music unless it's a top 40ish song then u prolly can't find it anywhere

bittorrent is good for movies

ares is good for sucking my balls

Also stopped using p2p. Bittorrent and Kazaa Resurrection were probably the best of the bunch.

odd, I tried out ares and thought it was great. It worked the first day, but after that it wont connect for me, and after I close it and try to reopen it, it doesnt want to open. I guess I am stuck with WinMX.
