hey still that always has been my favorite of you avys

Guys, 2112pooh has made me a nice avatar, and I am thankful. But now that I discovered the absinthe, as I have post on "The Lounge", I would like so much an avatar with a green and sensual fairy... I have found some images, but I cannot make them the correct filetype, no matter how much I edit it, and put it on the right size. Can someone help me by teaching a dumb guy how to make an avatar the right way, or making one with a image I post here? And again, thanks 2112pooh, it was very kindly of you, but time to change!!!

Guys, thanks for the help. Here are the images in the original size. I have tried with smaller versions of them, but I cannot do the right thing.. any of the two would be nice... If the second cold be a little photoshopped to the fairy looks more green, even better. What do you think will be nicier? And again, thanks for everyone for all the help!!!
