Avatar Request Thread - New Edition Part Eight!

i want an avatar using this pic

Well, if someone *could* come up with a new avatar, incorporating an octopus or other cephalopod (you can even reuse my existing avatar) plus my name, then great. If you want to stick something sexy in there, I'm all tentacles.

Very hard pic to work with due to angle and size...
