Yes, well this seems to be a fully mature Cannabis plant ready or almost ready for harvest. The buds appear full and ripe. Not sure of the strain. The name of the pic suggests Bubblegum but that could be wrong. It could be one of a number of variety of Sativa(my daughters middle name) or Sativa/Indica hybrids. Either way it looks like some good smoking!
