There isn't really an application process, when we look for mods we choose people that seem to match what we are looking for, so as an example, for picture mods we look at upload statistics, how often they are online, if they have the time to actually spend doing it. And sometimes we just wing it and hope for the best out of people, it's actually not very scientific lol

It used to be much easier when the forums we busier, we actually had the opportunity to interact with members and get to know them a bit before just randomly asking if people wanted to become mods.

Was an honour and a privilege to work alongside you all.
