Rules are posted in the sticky in all the separate sub-forums, and if you need more help, just ask any of the mods, they are all pretty helpful

Just upload the picture and one of the picture mods will put it in the appropriate category, feel free to use the description area when you upload it to tell them where you would like it placed...
Also, please be patient when uploading photo's it could take a while to be moderated as there are normally over 15,000 pictures in the que at any one time...
