How to change an avatar ? I am trying upload new pic bnut it is still the same :/

First of all, welcome

To change your avatar go to Manage Profile > Manage avatar and you should be able to add one here.

No it doesnt work. Each time I upload new one I see the old one which I have deleted :/

Try clearing your cache after you upload your new avatar

Hit ctrl F5

When you have uploaded the new one, press Ctrl + F5 and see if that does anything.
