Hello, my name is Mark and I am now an exhibitionist (as well as a long time lurker)....and as well as most of you, a wbwaholic,.....a junkie in heart but not yet in rating. I have had the pleasure of speaking to a few members personally, and realize what a good group of people you are (mostly...lol) and decided I should at least take the time to introduce myself to you fine folks. I am a 39 year old student and cook.......a damn fine one at that, a perv , a pothead, and a borderline alcoholic. Im engaged to a girl who not only knows im on here, but checks out the site I call home on time to time. Basically I love hot women, cold beer, fast cars and green bud....a trifecta + 1, oh and good people. And the more I hang out here, the more of you that I find. Anywho this pic was me about 3 1/2 years ago (before my haircut), and im about 200# lighter. As the second part of my title says im going to post a recipe.
This is due to the fact that I got one of the best recipes ive ever had from someone on this site. I saw a post a while back and Naughty Gypsy was talking about "Lazy Man Lasagna". Well cause im nosy , a cook, and someone who loves good food, I pm'ed Gypsy and she sent me her recipe....and it is the shit. I mean its a 10. So I decided that I would post a special recipe, and I would hope you all would add your own. I have tons of recipes in my head for sauces and food and if you add stuff and i'll share a few more of mine if you share yours.

Heres to you, my fellow brothers and sisters......suckin my D#@k....

BBQ Salsa....a mans recipe (yet for the ladies too). This is done with a BBQ grill and a blender.

First off you need a couple of pounds of fresh tomatoes....core them and split them in half, I always buy whats cheapest.

1 x-large sweet onion skinned and cut in half with the ends cut off

1-3 (or more depending on how hot you like it) jalapenos with the stem end cut off

Rub all of these with oil, top and bottom and season with salt and pepper.

After the grill is hot throw all of the food on the grill (tomatoes flesh side(cut side) down)

Flip everything once......and to me the more charred the better

now with everything cooked throw it all (maybe 1/2 at a time) in a blender.

Add salt pepper and garlic, as well as some cilantro (leaves not stems) the juice from 2 lemons and garlic powder

Blend and serve hot....with chips or whatever.....

this is my contribution to our little society. I have a killer potato salad but it needs more advanced skills.....if you are interested, or have any questions about my other recipe just message me.... peace

I cant cook anything impressive really . I was in Cleveland last year and had a skillet breakfast and it was served in a bowl and that blew my mind . So i pretty much tried to emulate the dish when i got back to canada .

1) fry some bacon and/or sausage .
2) cube a couple of potatoes
3) fry potatoes in bacon grease after removing the bacon and placing aside
4) toss in some sliced mushrooms/green peppers / red peppers and season .salt and pepper or some steak seasoning for extra flavor into skillet and cook and blend the flavors . At this point you can add the pre cooked bacon . also you can mush up the potato cubes if you prefer .
5) once all the sexyness finished brewing in its own juices serve in a bowl and put a egg on top ( over easy , sunny side up , scambled, whatever .

So its like a hot breakfast meal cereal . I thought it was cool .

Recipe for Toasted Bread:

1. Put in toaster and set to dark

2. Pull down lever thingy until it stops.

3. When bread pops back up, remove from toaster

4. Now for the tricky part; add butter or jam or both.

Here. I'll just post the recipe for the Lazy Man's Lasagna. Pulled it straight out of the PM I sent you.

his recipe feeds alot!

Brown1 lb mild Italian Sausage & 1lb ground beef. Drain and put aside

In LARGE sauce pan heat 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Saute:
1/2 an onion chopped (white or yellow)
1/4 cup minced garlic
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 to 1 whole can black olives (chopped)

Until tender

Add meat and heat.

Mix in 2 cans tomato past (the small ones)

Add 2 cans crushed tomatoes ( the large cans)

Mix in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer.

While that's simmering:

In a bowl mix 1 container Ricotta cheese with 1 large egg, 1/2 cup parmesan and 1 cup shredded mozarella cheese. Add salt and beat until well mixed.

Boil 1 # penne or shell pasta to aldente and drain.

Mix all together in large baking dish (This is best done by mixing sauce and cheese mixture together and pouring over pasta in pan)

Cover with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees F* for 30 to 40 min until cheese is melted and slightly golden!

Enjoy!!!
