lets hope the new owner improves the build quality. TVRs are fast(if lairy), look great, but the build quality has always been shit.... which is a tragedy!

Jeremy Clarkson drove one of these on Top Gear earlier this year and really liked it. He doesn't usually have anything very nice to say about TVR, but he liked this one.

I'm assuming you're sharing this with us because you got one under the Christmas tree, Watty?

Nice scans of a nice car - thanks!

Clarkson did own one and...... it spent most of the time in the garage!

Wasn't that an earlier model, though? This year it's all been about that fiasco with his Ford GT40 <grin>. I only saw him test the T350 a couple of months ago (although admittedly it might have been a re-run).

it was a Griffith or the one that looks like a griffith but is called something else.

When they recently tested the Sagaris they opened the side window at speed and the back window blew out!!

Atavist, it was the Sagaris that Clarkson loved this year. They put it on the track and it blew most of the supercars off the chart.

The Sagaris which had the window blow out was a pre production concept version. Since the new Russian owner took over the build quality has gone up.

The Stigs lap times.

The Sagaris was only 0.7 secs slower than the Koenigsegg, and look at some of the cars it beat.

Ah! Thanks for the correction - I actually remember that episode better now.

It will be interesting to see what effect Russian ownership has on TVR as a company - they've always made cars that were cool but a bit cranky (my ex's sister had a boyfriend with an older one and she always said it scared the bejeezus out of her); perhaps this will be the thing that pushes them into the major leagues.

Yeah, I have a friend, well more of an acquaintance who has a Cerbera. Lucky enough to have taken it for a ride, and all i can say is that it was the scariest, but most exciting experience i have ever had.

I have also test driven the Sagaris... and from what i could tell (had the sales guy with me, so i couldnt open it out) the car seems to have kept all its excitement, but doesnt feel like it will kill you if you look at it funny.

heres the Sagaris anyways...

Cool, but i'll let you buy me the T350 instead, as it much prettier than the chronically over testosteroned Sag.

There's a dealership in Bromsgrove.... i can give you directions!!!
