I will see if I can get a competing list. It is tough, as you all know, to clock these unless the circumstances are very controlled. I wonder how many supposed lists there are.

Road and Track compiled a list but unfortunately I have found that the list was reviewed and adjusted in accordance with advertising revenue prior to publication.

Well, if we're counting cars from the category "neva-heard", then we need to include Ariel Atom too.

0-60 / 2.88 Sec

and i think the 2004 Maserati MC12 should be included... 0-60 3.8sec top end of 205mph.

ehm, yeah i can try to get details... Caparo owns a whole host of companies, mine just being one of em, but the owner of that part Angad Paul i do actually know, so maybe i can find some things out about the car.

@ Ascaris this car is huge, its in all the major car headlines around the world at the minute. And was on top gear last week. It amazingly does 36 miles to the gallon.

This is a huge list, lets see if this works. This is a list of (so it says) North America's fastest production cars according to "CLASSIC CAR & VINTAGE AUTOMOBILE REGISTRY" The stats have 1/4 mile speeds and top speed.

Watty, your Maserati MC12 is on there but they have the 2005.
