Anyone know if you can get sub-frame replacements for third gen F-bodies? Have been searching for a while now and found nothing, except for sub-frames for 2nd gen and 4th gen F-bodies. Wondering if anyone here had suggestions or knew a company that could fabricate them. Would post pics of underside of car but too damn cold to be crawling under the thing.

you might find used or someone selling one because they are making a race car...

Thanks for the link Fathertime, but already belong to that forum and they had no real answers other then getting new ones fabricated, but no one could point me in the right direction for getting them fabricated.

Check TNfbody. its pretty good and there are quite a few fabricators and people there who know third gen.
I have a fourth otherwise i could help. Let me know if you get lucky finding some.. and it would help to know what mods you already have to know what style sub frame your looking for.

No mods to the car , just restoring it. Need to replace the original sub frames due to amount of rusting. Plan is to restore the car to factory original or as close to factory as possible.

try looking online for junkyards in arizona or some other state where there is no rust problems.. junkyards in texas and arizone have a lot of older cars... they ship parts also...

Now there is something I haven't really looked into. Kind of slipped my mind given the deficit of gen 3 f-bodies with usable parts in junk yards for the most part, seeing as many were wrecked beyond usability.
