You have no idea what an American car cost in American and gas here now is almost 2$ a gallon (can't figure out that silly metric system thing sorry)

I know cars is a lot cheaper in general in the US...

Well I baught mine used, it's a 2000 Pontiac Bonniville, with a big V6 gas gussler in it and I payed just over 10 thousand for it but brand new it is about 30 thousand

Oki, it's hard for me to relate to that because those cars isnt sold in denmark... but i can tell you that an Audi A8 4.2l cost $290,000.00

$30k is around 25k €. You would get some relatively cheap new car for that price in Finland. Something like VW Golf or Opel Astra (I'm pretty sure the latter one isn't sold in USA). BMW 530 diesel (a common taxi) costs slightly over 63k €, i.e. around $75k.

In Denmark cars cost even more AFAIK.

Actually they are available here in the US. Opel (Vauxhall in UK) is owend by GM (General Motors). Here it is called a Chevrolet Astra. I've seen a few, not a very common car. Almost all opels are available here.
Opel Corsa (Chevy Corsa).
Opel Omega (Cadillac Catera)
Can't think of any other models.
Here in the US we can't buy, Peugeot or Renault.
