Scion tc

Hey friends,

I am on the cusp of buying a Scion and I have narrowed my choice of color down to three: White, Nautical Blue and Azure Pearl. I am pretty set on the Nautical Blue, but I was told at the dealership that I may have to order it (which could mean a month to wait...)I don't want to wait a month but at the same time I dont want to settle for a color I don't want. What are your opinions on these colors? Should I stick with the Nautical Blue or does the car look good in the other colors I've suggested? Your honest opinions will help my decision making but I'm not going to solely depend on the results here...just want a general consensus

Definitely not the white. White takes a lot of work to keep looking great. The blue looks nice, but if you have to wait for it, the silver is sleek as well and is the one I'd get.

Yeah I know the white will take a lot of effort to keep looking nice, especially since I live in MI and will have to deal with slushy, brown, salty, snow roads. If I lived in Cali or somewhere south I would be more inclined to get the white. White cars have always tickled my fancy. The Scion also looks good in their "black" color - Black Sand Pearl - but the same thought applies to black cars as well as white. Everything will show up on a black car...

go with Blue

That car looks really dull. Lots of stolen elements, lots of nothing.

absolutely!!

I'd say it will be worth a month's wait to come out to your car every day and see exactly the car you wanted. It's been over 6 years and I still feel that way about my Miata, girly car or not. (Sorry, from another thread!)

white, even if it's a lot of work, it makes any car look special

Well my friends I went with the Nautical Blue. Not only am I happy with the color, I am thrilled with the car itself. Its a blast to drive!! It had given me a lot of confidence as well...I am really enjoying all the looks I am getting from females around town. I never had anyone looking at me before when I was driving my Ponticrap Sunbird. Thanks for you advice guys. I appreciate it.

Wait for the one you really want. Don't settle, True blue is the way to go. If you give in you will think “ I should have waited”. Hey if they are offering a killer deal on another color take it! Scion looks good in any color.
